Pilots N Paws is a non-profit organization that provides a meeting place for those who rescue, shelter or foster animals, and volunteer pilots and plane owners willing to aid with the transportation of animals. Those involved in some sort of animal rescue or care have the opportunity to meet with those providing the services to coordinate rescue flights, overnight foster care, shelter and other similar activities.
Pilots N Paws have almost four thousand volunteer pilots who patrol the website’s discussion boards for animals in need of transport. Currently, the non-profit has saved 50 thousand animals from dire circumstances.
